About this event
Have you ever wanted to make your own websites and apps? In this hands-on coding and tech club, you’ll learn the skills of a coder and the mindset of an entrepreneur through building apps - your own app and also an app for local nonprofits. You’ll build apps and games every week in the course and work on real iOS apps. Previous students have been covered in multiple local news outlets for apps they've built for homeless shelters, veterinarians, and local climate nonprofits! VineyardAppCamp strives to teach students critical 21st-century skills through real world projects under the guidance of experienced teachers. By launching their apps, participants immediately see the impact on their community and achieve transformational outcomes they can be proud of. These personal growth moments are empowering and spark a love for entrepreneurship. Read more here! (Please note: Students will need access to a laptop.
