We are pleased to offer this ONLNE REMOTE class though Zoom! Though this is a workout for men and women based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, who concentrated on core muscles and the spine, it also includes stretching, light weights, ballet and yoga to promote well being, strength and flexibility. Beginners and advanced students of all ages and conditions may take the same class, as moves and positions can be modified. We are pleased to offer this online remote program through Zoom. Participants will receive the meeting ID and passcode in the registration confirmation email. Advance Registration is required and closes 12/18/2020.
