If you're ready to make healthy changes and don't know where to start, this is the class for you! Practical habits for your daily life and accountability to get moving! This is an introductory class to health and fitness. Every week class is held outdoors (weather permitting). • The first 20 minutes, you will learn about diet and exercise. Each class provides a take-home tip on food and movement to implement in your own life. • The next 30 minutes, you will walk at your own pace or safe distance with a partner. You have to walk the talk to be healthy! • The last 10 minutes is a discussion on mindfulness. For change to occur physically, mindset is a key player. Class ends with mental tips to make the new habits stick! Class will meet at English Landing Park. The instructor will contact you regarding the exact meeting location. Minimum enrollments: 3
