Description

Introduction to Weight Training for Women is an excellent class for women who would like to learn the proper mechanics of weight training while focusing on toning, strength, core and endurance. This class will encompass multiple formats utilizing dumbbells, barbells, bands, steps, stability and core training.
Level of Instruction: Beginner to Intermediate
