Cycle Our instructor-led cycle classes will take participants on a variety of "rides" using the Cybex Coach-by-Color technology that tracks workouts; focusing on RPM;s, watts, and energy zones. All ability levels welcome and classes can be accommodated for participants not wanting to utilize the Coach-by-Color training technology.
