In this class, students explore electricity through drawing their own circuits with conductive ink! By taking away the wires, soldering, and complicated fine motor skills needed for typical circuits, we make the class very accessible to younger students. Students first perform experiments to learn the workings of circuits and electricity. Then, through self-exploration, students learn how components come together to make a circuit. Next, we let your child’s imagination run wild - where they can make circuits on nearly anything. Students work on light-up take-home projects where they get to stretch their creative brains using technology as their tool. In our Recycled Re-Imaginations, students make their own projects like a lightsaber that glows out of wrapping paper tubes or making light up mobiles from old CDs. In other projects, kids attach motors, buzzers, and LEDs in hands-on construction projects - to experience first hand how circuits work. REMINDER: TUITION INCLUDES LUNCH, SNACKS, LAB FEES, EARLY DROP-OFF AND AFTER CAMP!
