Techniques presented in this class include painted paper collage, abstraction, color theory ideas considered through collage, and combining media. Students can pursue their medium of choice with help from the instructor. Questions explored in this class: How do I make art that expresses my own vision? Can I create a series of works that show a message or theme to my artwork? Where does abstraction come from?
