The slow, controlled movements of Pilates, Yoga, and stretching will strengthen your muscles, bones, and joints while improving your coordination, balance, and flexibility. This class puts very little stress on the muscles and joints so it's a perfect choice for beginners or people with joint pain as well as the more advanced exerciser. If the clothes you're wearing are feeling tight, and the numbers on the scale are way out of sight, and you know it's not the clothes you're wearing, then join the fun and Shape up with Sharon!!!Welcome to try Shape Up With Sharon for a $8 Walk In Fee
