This program combines short distance running,exercises and range of motion stretching for a total body workout.The program is designed for all age groups and and fitness levels for both men and women and designed to increase cardiovascular fitness by combining running, stretching and exercises in a combination of drills that are ran in a timed and continuous manner. The class will be held outside on the practice football field next to the school. On the first day of class, meet your instructor, Coach Saxe, in front of the flag pole.
Wear your running shoes and loose and comfortable fitness clothing.
DIRECTIONS TO PBGCHS PARKING LOT:
- From PGA BLVD & Military Trail, head south on Military to the 2nd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn left. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
- From Northlake Boulevard & Military Trail, head north on Military to the 3rd traffic light (Lilac Street) and turn right. The school entrance will be on the right side of Lilac after the last 2 story townhouse --- look for the big, beige sign that says ?Staff Parking, Visitor Parking? etc.
