Campfire Pepperoni

This is a great option for an easy snack or appetizer. Serve alone or with cheese and crackers.

  • Stick of pepperoni
  • Metal skewers or natural stick


  1. Peel off the plastic and the casing.
  2. Cut the stick into 2-inch logs.
  3. Cook pepperoni on the end of a stick or metal skewer.
  4. Heat over the fire to desired crispiness.
