We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, April 14, 2022.
Increase flexibility, develop strength, improve balance, and release tension through safe stretching, Vinyasa flow movements, a variety of poses, and restorative relaxation. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class. (KD)
