Take time to stop and restore during the busy holiday season! Join us for this relaxing restorative yoga set to seasonal music and among soft candlelight. This class is designed to leave you feeling calm and stress-free. Bring friends and family to this class led by an experienced instructor. Class is suitable for all levels including those new to yoga. Register in advance as space is limited. Please bring a yoga mat to class. (SM)
