Combine step, toning, and aerobics for a total body workout that focuses on all major muscle groups. Modifications given as needed. Class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a thick exercise mat to class. (KD)
For the safety of our staff and participants, all fitness participants will be required to wear a face mask during class.
