If you're hoping to get that pre-baby body back while still having fun with your little one then this is the class for you! We pair the benefits of water aerobics with the fun of baby swim class. Through a series of moderately paced, low impact, fat burning aqua aerobic exercises, you'll get fit while baby gains confidence in the water. This class is a great introduction to basic swim techniques used in our Learn to Swim program. You and Baby are sure to have a blast getting in shape while socializing with other moms and babies. Baby should be 6-24 months old.
