Using resistance bands and other non-traditional training equipment can build strength and help slow muscle wasting. We will show you how to do it.Endurance, or aerobic activities that increase your breathing and heart rate. Walking, slow rowing, and swimming machine are examples. We have exclusive use of the Canadian “FitLight” Program, to improve your reaction times, and peripheral vision.Balance exercises and leg strengthening to help with stability.Flexibility and core exercises to stretch your muscles and help your body to stay limber.
