Hatha Flow is a blend of various styles of Yoga. Flow from posture to posture, rhythmically linking breath with each posture, pausing at times to re-connect and center. Balance and stretch while standing, kneeling, sitting, and lying. Beginners are welcome as are those who have practiced yoga before; all students are encouraged to move at their own comfortable pace. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
