We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, May 17, 2019.
Ever wanted to dip your toe into the world of natural dyeing? Now's your chance! Instructor Maddy Bartsch will give an overview of the natural dyeing process before moving into the specifics of eco-printing, a process of extracting a plant/flowers pigment directly onto a surface. You will learn which plant species give you lasting color while creating a one of a kind organic cotton bandana that shows what you've learned. Whether you're interested in diving headfirst into natural dyeing or you're simply looking for a fun morning with a totally unique, handmade take-away, this class is for you!
All materials are included. You will need to return later in the afternoon or at another date to pick up your finished bandana, as processing time is longer than the class time.
