After a long holiday season, challenge yourself with our new wellness program! Designed to help you stay fit, lose weight, or just feel healthier, Well + Fit will help you reach your post-holiday wellness goals!
For 12 weeks, participants will complete challenges, receive workouts, nutritional information, and invitations to exclusive program only events, and access to a private Facebook group for support and inspiration.
