Strengthen and tone muscles, burn calories, increase your energy level. Class will consist of core work to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back, resistance training using weights for the upper and lower body including squats and lunges, as well as stretching for flexibility. BYO weights to start program (3-5 lbs) and yoga mat. BYO water bottle as well. More experienced students may opt to bring 5-10 lb. weights.
