MASK POLICY UPDATE as of Dec 13 - In accordance with new Massachusetts safety protocols, we need to adjust the mask policy. Masks will now be required at all times during class. If this changes by the start of session, we will let you know .

Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony, supporting your spine and leading to better balance, stability and strength as well as helping with injury prevention. This class is a mix of conventional , yoga and pilates exercises. Flexibility postures make up 25% of class for optimum health. BYO mat , weights and water bottle. Max 6 Instructor: Susan Parnell .
