Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony, supporting your spine and leading to better balance, stability and strength as well as helping with injury prevention. This class is a mix of conventional, yoga and pilates exercises. Flexibility postures make up 25% of class for optimum health. School Admin Building, 333 Main St, Wellness Room.
