The White Mountains Multisport Camp is an opportunity for multisport athletes to spend a weekend in beautiful North Conway training, improving skills and relaxing/socializing with other athletes. The camp will give athletes the tools and training needed to start the race season strong.

Many camps are focused on long course preparation. The White Mountain Multisport Camp will have supported long and short course options, so athletes will have appropriate training, no matter the distance.

This camp is intended for triathletes or duathletes who have at least two years of racing experience, and who can maintain approximately 16 mph or faster on the bike for 2+ hours. For questions, please email anne@triityourway.com

Camp will be located in scenic North Conway, NH. The address will be provided to all registered attendees. The best airports to fly into are: Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH (closest) or Boston Logan in Boston, MA.



Your Registration Includes:

USAT Sanctioned and Insured Training Camp

Small, intimate camp setting

3 nights lodging (shared rooms, various sleeping arrangements) in beautiful renovated home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire

Wine/beer and appetizer welcome Friday night

All meals, snacks and beverages from Saturday morning through Monday morning

Dinner out on Saturday night (campers responsible for adult beverages)

Swim, bike, run sessions – planned routes and supported rides/runs

3 workshops including:

Attendees responsible for:

Transportation/travel to and from camp location

Transportation of bike/gear to and from location (please contact anne@triityourway.com for assistance arranging bike shipment)

Transportation to/from local yoga studio, swim/offsite workout locations and dinner out (carpooling is an option)

State Park entry ($4/person) for swim sessions

Cash for drinks at Saturday night dinner

Nutrition and recovery food for long ride/run (samples will be available but we highly suggest bringing your own nutrition)

Saturday, May 23rd

breakfast available 5-7:30

5:30 am: Long course athletes depart on ride (4-5 hours)

7:30 am: Short course athletes depart on ride (2-3 hours)

Optional Short run off the bike (20-30 minutes)

11:30-12:30: Workshop # 1 & Snack: Mental Strengths & Strategies for optimal performance

12:30-2:30: Lunch, break, time slots open for coaching consultations

2:30-3:30: Workshop 2: Nutrition with Sports Nutritionist

4-5 pm: Open water swim – Open water skills and recovery swim

5:30-6:30: Yoga Class

6:30-8:30 pm: Dinner in North Conway

 

Sunday, May 24th

Breakfast available 5-7:30

Swim skills and (optional) underwater video: 6-7:30 am

Morning Run 8-10 (short and long course options)

10:30-11:30: Snack & Workshop #3 – Recovery methods for injury prevention and performance improvement with sports massage therapist

12-5: Open lunchtime and slot signup for OWS with buddy, massages and 1:1 coaching consultations

6 pm: dinner, beer & wine social

 

Monday morning:

6:30 am: Optional open water swim

7:30 am: group breakfast & closing remarks/questions

9:30 am: group ride (social)

12 pm: pack up and depart



What to bring:

All Swim/bike/run clothing, helmet and gear needed for the weekend (please check weather and bring appropriate gear)
Wetsuit (full-sleeve suggested)
Comfortable/casual clothes for social time/sleeping
Flat changing kit for bike rides (Rides are supported, but it's a good idea to have your own!)
Optional/suggested if you are driving: yoga mat
Cash for state park entry fees and drinks at dinner out
Training nutrition and recovery products. Some will be available at the camp, but flavors/personal preferences not guaranteed
Personal toiletries (limited toiletries provided)
Water bottle suggested
If you have dietary restrictions, please consider bringing your own snacks. We will attempt to provide vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options but cannot guarantee we will be able to meet all restrictions

Athletes do NOT need to bring:
Towels, sheets, pillows (unless you prefer to bring your own)
Sunscreen, bug spray
