A seated Tai Chi class designed to teach a very low impact level of exercise that still provides aerobic benefits, including deep breathing and constant, gentle movement. Learning the techniques and mindfulness of the art of Tai Chi as a fundamental skill, builds balance and strengthens cognitive, cardiovascular, and pulmonary functions in all who practice these forms on a regular basis. Open to all ability levels. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Instructed by Jenny Barone. Not held 11/11 and 11/25.
