This class is important for helping to prevent falls, relieve arthritis pain and improve flexibility, improve conditions related to lower back pain. It can also increase flexibility, improve balance, body/mind strength, breathing and circulation as well as reduce stress. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic or flat shoes. Suitable for participants of any ability level. Certified Instructor: Karen Powell. Not held 11/27.
