Designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout to target all major muscles groups. We use a mix of free weights, stability ball, weighted bar, gliding discs, balance trainers and body weights. You'll sweat through the cardio exercise, strength training, sculpting, plyometric moves, core work and then end with a great stretch. You set your own bar for how hard you want to push!
