Seeing the person before me, not a just a figure, but a partner in creating something. In addition to covering the fairly consistent rules of proportions, we will look at how lights and dark are the key to capturing a person's likeness. Some drawing experience will be helpful. Materials List: 18x24" newsprint, vine charcoal, #6B charcoal pencil, kneaded eraser, Drawing board
