Run along the Hudson River with views of the New Jersey and NYC skylines along with one of the most beautiful running paths in the city. Start and finish at Pier i on Riverside Park South and just off of Riverside Drive and 68th street on the east side. You'll see piers, boats, wildlife, the majestic Hudson River, and the people from the mid-town and upper west side neighborhoods. Multiple bathrooms on the course and lots of space to make your socially distanced race an event to remember. The meeting area is beneath the Henry Hudson Parkway, providing everyone with some cover from the elements prior to and after the race.
Half Marathon athletes will run four loops, 10K athletes will run 2 loops, and 5K athletes will run one loop, on a flat, straight, and easy to manage course.
Runners are asked to sign up for specific start times that are limited to 20 runners. The event is set up to limit the number of runners on the course at any time.
Water stations are very limited. We only set plastic water bottles out for athletes to grab. We strongly suggest that you bring your own beverage containers and nutrition.
A running mask is required prior to and after the race and strongly recommended for use during the race.
There will be no awards ceremony. Awards are mailed out after the event.
All athletes get a finisher's medal and a runner's fit shirt. Pick your bibs up at the race start.
Use the Race Joy app to receive auditory guidance, pace, and mile marker announcements, and so that your friends and family can watch your progress online and even send you cheers.
