All movement is good. Now focus on moving well. A well moving body is reflexively strong and stable. It provides a solid foundation to live a better life. Today's workshops will improve your performance, reduce the chance of injury and improve your energy efficiency. The result is confidencespeed, and distance with less effort.

Join Master ChiWalking/ChiRunning Instructors Joel Matalon and Vince Vaccaro for this INDOOR Workshop. The half day ChiWalking and ChiRunning Workshops begin at 9:00am and end at 12:30. The Full Day ChiRunning Workshop begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm. We will begin the workshops indoors and transition outdoor weather permitting. Dress in layers for both climates.

During the workshops you will learn basic components of Original Strength (https://originalstrength.net/), ChiWalking and ChiRunning (https://www.chirunning.com/) as you move your body forward. We will be guided through exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the Chiwalking and ChiRunning technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you're in, have no fear. We will spend the day alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills... the nature of the day will be relaxed, full, and inspiring.

  • Please contact the Instructor if you have any questions regarding the workshop.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $45 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with Chi New England within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi New England within one year.  If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Please note: all refunds made 60 days after the date of purchase will be refunded via check.
