A blast! The first of it’s kind, this event challenges all ages and fitness levels with varying levels of intense and FUN obstacles. Kids, Teens, and Families can choose either the 2K or 4K course!
BALLISTIC WAVE STARTS
Numerous wave starts will keep the action moving during the day. Teen 13-18, Kids 5-12, Family, and Special Needs (Special Spartans):
- 4K – Teen (waves begin at 9 am)
- 2K – Teen
- 4K – Family

- 2K – Kids
- 2K Special Needs (must race with guardian)
The custom designed course will test your fitness and mental toughness for all levels of participants, and will be a blast for all! The 2K and 4K courses contain obstacles that will test your upper body, lower body, core strength, endurance, and fun meter. The course is tough with quality, challenging obstacles. The 2K course follows the 4K course, just ends 2K sooner.
ONE PRICE FOR THE DAY!
Pay once, race in as many races as you like during the day (for example, kids and teens can run with peers in their own waves and also with their family in the family wave). Subject to wave availability and safety guidelines- no guarantee.
Throughout the day we will be celebrating your completion of the course, including DJ, food, sponsor material, photos, fun activities, and more!

RACE DAY INFORMATION
When: August 2, 2014
Distance: 2K and 4K of fun and excitement.
Start Times: Waves (Teen, Family, Kids plus Special Needs) begin at 9:00 AM and will continue until everyone gets a chance to Go Ballistic. You will be notified of your wave a few days prior to the event.
Aid stations: Two total

SPECIAL NEEDS SPARTAN RACE, SPECIAL SPARTANS
The Special Needs Spartan Race course is designed for participants with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Special considerations have been set in place to accommodate the sensory profiles, physical and cognitive limitations, and behavioral issues associated with the challenges faced by race participants. Participants will be joined on the course with their guardians.
RACE PACKET PICK-UP
You can grab your packet at Naperville Running Company’s downtown/North Naperville location the Thursday/Friday (July 31/August 1) before the event, or grab your packet race day starting at 7:00 AM.
The event will take place at Frontier Park located in South Naperville near the major intersection of Illinois State Route 59 and 95th Street, address 3380 Cedar Glade Drive, Naperville, IL 60564.
First Wave at 9:00 AM, fun will continue until everyone has had a chance to Go Ballistic!
Parking is available for free at Neuqua Valley High School parking lots, adjacent to Frontier Park. Do not park on the streets, grass, ponds, on top of other cars/objects, etc. or you may be ticketed and possibly towed.
