This class is a designed for individuals with disabilities, interested in competing in swim meets, such as Special Olympics. This is not a learn how to swim class, but instructors will work on stroke development, turns, and overall swimming improvement. Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool without stopping or assistance.
