Are you "too tight to stretch?" Do you dread yoga poses? If so, try this class where we combine several types of yoga to gently yet deeply stretch and tone both muscles and fascia for better posture, energy and deep relaxation in the body. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a mat and a blanket large enough to cover yourself. Recommended: 1-2 yoga blocks. No class 11/28.
