This is an online based class on Zoom. The Recreation Department will email all instructions for class before the session begins. Low-impact cardio and strength-training fitness class which also includes balancing exercises, stability work and stretching. Standing and sitting exercises with optional chair support. Class is designed for a moderate, beginner to intermediate level work out. No class on 10/22.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made five working days or more prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
