Designed for those desiring to lose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength more efficiently. Workout in a TEAM environment in and outdoors while challenging yourselves with others to reach your personal fitness goals. Training will focus on functional training through full body movements dynamic stretching core conditioning through balance, form, stability short bursts of aerobic exercise through running, jumps, plyometrics weight bearing exercise through full body training, elastic tubing, medicine balls and hand weights.
