Aerobic Workout: Saturdays April 8- May 27 (May 20 class will be held at North Creek CC)
8:00 - 9:00 AM
Lake Marion Community Center
This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights optional), add a 30-minute fat burning aerobic workout and end with a cool-down session.
Work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated
