Aerobic Dancing Wednesdays 9-10 am
This progressive dance workout includes stretching and flexibility moves, floor work, standing weight work (hand and ankle weights optional) and aerobic conditioning and cool-down, as the instructor leads you through a choreographed workout.
All workouts are easy to learn and follow. Class is on Wednesday
Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work.
