Structured around the stomach, hips, lower back, and buttocks- the center of the body, or its 'powerhouse.' Pilates will help you to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and balance while creating a streamline shape. Modifications given as needed. Class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a thick exercise mat to class. (KD)
