Join us for this 30 minute class that is balances focused. Combining high intensity exercises with movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation this class is sure to be quick and efficient. Pound Unplugged is designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person - mental, physical and emotional. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels.
