We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, June 27, 2022.
Basic gymnastics skills, terminology, and body positions are taught in an age-appropriate manner on vault, bars, balance beam, and floor. Emphasis is placed on having fun while providing opportunities for success and developing the skills necessary to smoothly transition into our youth gymnastics program. Children enrolling should be ready to participate in class without a parent and be able to take direction from the instructor. (JM)
* Participants should wear comfortable clothes to class
* No shoes or socks
* Long hair needs to be pulled up
