Cardio Fitness Advance Monday and Thursdays This class helps improve balance, strength, flexibility, bone density and posture. The first half is low impact, high intensity cardio. The second half is toning using weights and resistance bands with a stretching cool down. Instructor offers alternate moves to best suit your own body. Sneakers, exercise mat, small weights and resistance band recommended for class.
This easy to follow class is designed for all levels that use special breathing and strength-building yoga postures. A modified version is simultaneously demonstrated for those with limited flexibility and strength. Students can do this class in the chair or standing with or without shoes.
