Chens Tai Chi Internal Secret Class consists of fast controlled movements mixed in with some slower movements like jumps and turns, from low to high. Practicing this form will definitely get your heart pumping and build stronger legs. Instructor Nelson Ong Cost: $100 – 4 weeks – Nov 8 – Nov 29 Location: Amphitheater Stage (outdoors) Sundays, 9:30 – 10:30am
