Description
"Yoga is not just moving on the mat; it's about how you move through the world." If you've hesitated to try yoga or practice with a community for any reason, this class is for you. Certified instructor "Yogibelle" excels in guiding people of all ages and levels through breathing, poses, and modifications. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will advance your practice during this class. Bring your body, open mind and energy. Appropriate for all levels. Mat and props provided or BYO.
