We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
Each week we will do a yoga practice led by our awesome instructor. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility or just spend time in a supportive environment, this group is for you! This group is designed for female identifying, non-binary, and gender queer participants. If you do not fit into those groups and are interested in participating please reach out. This weekly yoga group is open to all experience levels and mats are provided.

Face coverings are required indoors at all MPRB facilities, unless otherwise specified by MPRB as part of athletics protocol.
