This gentle yoga class is for any one who suffers from anxiety and the stress associated with anxiety. We will work with breathing techniques and yogic practices that will help you learn how to connect your mind and body. With repeated practice, these tools may help you manage your anxiety more effectively. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Upon registration for this program, participants agree to maintain social distance (6 feet) at all times and adhere to the current Minnesota state face covering mandate. Failure to comply will result in removal from the program.
The Class is pay as you go and the price of the class is $15 per session
