This class is an opportunity for an individual to register for individual classes, rather than the full 6 week session. This online class will build the mind-body connection through breath and movement. Class will begin with heat building flows and then move into cool down through slower movements to help balance the body. This class is open to all levels. Participants will receive specifics for online participation one week prior to the beginning of the session.
