Stay limber and strong all winter long. Improve your strength and mobility through walking, stretching and movement exercises. The class utilizes hand weights and resistance bands to work on upper body strength. Due to COVID-19, participants are encourages to bring their own weights and bands. If needed, equipment can be borrowed from the park and will be sanitized before and after each class. Class size is limited and will be held in the gym with participants spaced at least 6' apart.
Upon registration for this program, participants agree to maintain social distance (6 feet) at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from the program.
