Nordic Walking uses walking poles to take your walk to the next level. It takes pressure off the knees and hips, engages your core, and increases your speed. Nordic walking looks kind of like cross-country skiing without the skis! Besides making walking easier, it makes it great all-around cardiovascular exercise. Instructor Mia Bremer. Poles are provided, but you may bring your own.
