THE Swanbourne Endeavour is a gutsy, gruelling off-road endurance event that allows you to plunge into the wilds of Buckinghamshire – streams, woods, fields, haystacks, fire – for a cross-country endurance race that will push you to the limit and beyond. A test of determination spirit and camaraderie, but above all SPIRIT. Spirit is everything.
Brace yourselves for a challenge that will put fire in your belly, a smile on your face – and cover you in mud. A challenge that promises pain, sweat, tears and, we must stress again, mud. Not just any mud either, but some of the finest slippery, sticky, foot-sucking clay in all England.

Event details and schedule
The Swanbourne Endeavour is an event for all fitness levels, but you won't find it easy. From the 5km Kids Endeavour to the slightly longer 5km Adult Endeavour (min age 15 years) and the tougher 10km Adult Endeavour there is something to challenge the young and the old. From 12-year-olds to rusting 80+-year-old granny's, many have felt the accomplishment of running, climbing, crawling and dragging themselves around the course. Held in the grounds of Swanbourne House School you will also have access to real toilets and showers! Please arrive with enough time to park, change, collect your bib number and race timing chip. Also this event is different from other events in that every penny raised goes to four very local charities; no fat cats at the Swanbourne Endeavour - created by OCR volunteers, for OCR runners to raise a tonne of cash for charities that conduct outstanding work in the local community...peachy!
