Description

Tai Chi for Fitness 2 is for students who have learned the 64 moves of Beginner Tai Chi and want to continue to learn the 108 moves of Young style Tai Chi. Tai Chi originated in ancient China and is a very effective exercise for both the mind and body. It is often described as "meditation in motion." Students will continue to learn new moves while improving flexibility, decreasing stress and anxiety, and have fun with their peers in a safe environment.
Please Note:Participants should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.Instructor will supply a description and illustration of Tai Chi movements. This class is not recommended for people with severe knee problems.
