This class is perfect for all ages and all fitness levels. Each class has four parts: aerobics, toning with weights and exercise bands, abdominal and floor exercises, soothing cool down and stretches. The instructor also uses exercise balls, yoga and Pilate moves, to keep the workouts fresh. Students should bring an exercise mat and water bottle to class. 12 classes Class dates are Oct. 4, 6, 13, 18, 20 and Nov. 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29.
