ELITE: CRUCIBLE FIT Program is created for those who are looking for the edge, higher level of training and competitive racers. Based on a proven system and actual training given to military recruits and service members – Crucible Fit is designed to help you find your individual “threshold,” and surpass it – to reach the next level.
Requirement: Must successfully pass both the Marine: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Combat Fitness Test (CFT) with in the highest standards in order to begin your training in Crucible Fit.
Upon successful completion, will be afforded opportunity to join the program which will include a class every Saturday starting December 21, 2019 at 7:00am - 8:30am. This is designed to be a 12-Week Program for each individual who embarks in this challenge to take it to the next level.

Will also be forming Teams to compete in local (South Florida) OCR Level Races as a representative of this unique program - to include sponsorship as individual team member.
Event details and schedule
Event Schedule: Intro classes / Promo Period will run for 3-Weeks: 12/7, 12/14 and 12/21/19 - opportunity for Special Pricing options *upon successful completion of indoctrination testing.
Course Info: This is designed as a 12-Week Elite Level - Military Fitness Program - which will consist of: beach/park workouts, runs and interval training. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED AT EVENT.
Equipment: Similar to what elite military use for peak physical training - to include sandbags, water jugs, military molle packs (weighted), ammo cans, park elelments and of course the very challenging beach sand.
Training Philosophy: "Overload Principle" - extreme muscle endurance - surpass your Threshold; this is Functional Fitness to the max! *Safety, safety, safety is our focus and proper execution of every exercise is critical for optimal results.
ACHIEVE PEAK PERFORMANCE THROUGH PROVEN MILITARY WORKOUT PRINCIPLES.
Arrival Info: on day of event its is recommended to arrive at least 15-mins early to allow time for sign-in, brief intro and start on-time. THIS IS AN ELITE PROGRAM - FIRST IMPRESSION IS PARAMOUNT.
Parking Info: Entrance to Haulover Beach/Park will be in the main entrance to Park office on Marina side - follow posted signs off-of A1A/Collins Ave at entrance - leading to Marina Parking Lot which is Free for event participants - will meet at designated staging area marked by flag. PLEASE SECURE YOUR VEHICLE UPON ARRIVAL. *After sign-in we will run over to beach side using tunnel to our training area located at Tower-7. *In case of not locating entrance or staging area - contact JR Nunez at 305-763-5153 cell.
Waivers / ID: A waiver will be presented on-site in order to participate in event. PLEASE BRING PROPER ID FOR VERIFICATION.
What to bring: Hydration pak, and/or bottle and small pack - proper fitness attire and shoes (we will be running on pavement and sand) - cooling towel and caps are permitted and most important is Confidence to Succeed! VALUABLES SHOULD BE SECURED IN YOUR VEHICLE - unless your arriving in another form of travel that does not include a vehicle - secure it in a pack.
